These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Tryanterra website, products, services, and related features (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing our website, placing an order, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and Acceptance

• Stopping use if your pet experiences pain, bleeding, distress, injury, or an adverse reaction

Our products and website content are not substitutes for professional veterinary examination, diagnosis, treatment, or advice. Consult a licensed veterinarian before using a dental-care product if your pet has existing oral disease, loose teeth, bleeding gums, infection, pain, behavioral concerns, or another medical condition.

Tryanterra is not responsible for injury, damage, or loss resulting from improper use, unauthorized modification, failure to follow instructions, use on an unsuitable animal, or continued use after signs of discomfort or injury.

5. Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order confirmation email acknowledges that we received your order but does not constitute final acceptance.

We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:

• Product unavailability

• Pricing, description, or inventory errors

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity

• Incorrect or incomplete billing or shipping information

• Orders that appear intended for unauthorized resale

• Violation of these Terms or another Tryanterra policy

An order is generally accepted when it is processed for shipment. If we cancel an order after payment has been authorized or collected, we will void or refund the applicable amount.

We may limit the quantity of products purchased per person, household, account, payment method, billing address, or shipping address.

6. Order Changes and Cancellations

Requests to change or cancel an order must be submitted within 2 hours of purchase.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate timely requests, but cancellation is not guaranteed. An order is canceled only after you receive written confirmation from Tryanterra.

Once an order has entered processing, been transferred to fulfillment, or shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.

7. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment

Unless otherwise stated, prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges.

We may change prices, promotions, discounts, or product availability at any time. Price changes do not apply retroactively to completed purchases.

By submitting payment information, you represent that:

• You are authorized to use the selected payment method

• The billing information provided is accurate and complete

• You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the total amount shown at checkout

Payments are processed by third-party providers. We do not control their processing times, security practices, terms, or decisions to approve or decline transactions.

If a pricing or checkout error occurs, we may cancel the affected order and refund any amount collected.

8. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, discounts, bundles, gifts, and discount codes:

• May be subject to additional conditions

• Cannot be combined unless expressly stated

• Have no cash value

• May be modified or ended at any time

• May be limited to one use per customer, account, household, or order

We may cancel or adjust a promotion obtained through misuse, duplication, technical error, manipulation, or fraud.

If an order involving a promotion is returned, the refund may be recalculated based on the regular price of products retained and the terms of the promotion.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping methods, charges, processing times, and estimated delivery dates are described in our Shipping Policy and at checkout.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carriers, weather, peak periods, incorrect addresses, customs, operational disruptions, or events outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Tryanterra is not responsible for delays, additional charges, or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

If we cannot ship within the represented timeframe, we will provide any notice, cancellation opportunity, or refund required by applicable law.

10. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

All returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Because certain Tryanterra products are personal hygiene or oral-care products, opened, unsealed, tested, or used products may not be returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, except where required by applicable law.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to review the Returns & Refunds Policy before opening or using the product.
